【Usage 1. After modification, the gel temperature and melting point are lower, which is convenient to recover and purify DNA from low melting point agarose gel. Using DNA gel slices cut from low melting point agarose gel, restriction fragments can be easily cloned into plasmids directly in remelted agarose. Ethidium bromide dye is used, so the gel has low background fluorescence.

2. Derivatives with low gel temperature have unique gel characteristics. The gel point is lower than 30 ℃, and the heavy melting point is higher than 65 ℃.
